I guess I can draw a little, but nothing I draw turns out like I imagined it, so I feel very frustrated and it's like I can't draw the way I want to, so it feels like I can't really draw...does that make sense? So thanks for the encouragement. Maybe I just haven't mastered the tools here. And I can't think in color very well either.

You did a great job on her and brought back some fun memories. I used to draw on those insane eyelashes on the bottom lid! :)

" Hello, all my Sketchfu friends! ^_^ These good fellows (from left to right) are Dustin, Ryan, Nick & Brett, otherwise known as the new band 'Ruth', a bright light that has come into my life as of Thursday! Does that sound too sentimental? Yeah, I know it does.

As some of you already know, I went to my first rock concert last week. I saw not only Jon, Tim, Chad, Jerome and Drew of Switchfoot for the first time, but also Relient K and Ruth as well. It was amazing, ribcage-rattling volume and all! Thankfully, I am not numb to events such as that yet and had my eyes and ears (and occasionally, my mouth) wide open. It was a huge reality check. The impact of it is never fully realized until I can see with my own eyes...because they're real. They're living, breathing human beings. Really, you'd have to have be there to understand. *laughs*

This is a gift that I'd like to give Ruth along with a letter to thank them for coming out and showing themselves. And I don't mean that they just came out to release a record and perform on stage (which was an incredible experience in itself) but they came out to see the crowd, autographing, photos, the lot! They have truly touched me with their lyrics, tunes and their kindness. :) Needless to say, there is a lot of power in their music and themselves that has made me a loyal fan. I haven't been so happy since I discovered Switchfoot! Darn, you know quite a few languages (even if you may not know them all in and out), and yes I've heard Swedish is quite difficult to learn, I'm not sure about it myself though as I've always lived in Sweden and grown up with the language :)

Practice is definately the key ^_^
I still can't draw as well on a tablet as I do on paper...

I speak Swedish as well, as I am a swede (duh), and I've been studying german for over 4 years now, got some german relatives, I'm a quarter german myself..

We start with english in the 3rd grade, however I've learned almost all my english from magazines, internet, tv, games and all that kind of stuff, before I started actually using any of those things much I was below average in my class at english, after a few years though in the 6-9th grade I've been by far the best at it.
So it's not because of school =) In school you learn all the rules in the language and shizzle like that, in real life, when really reading and speaking the language you really learn how to use it.

oh, and sorry for the long post, I hope I'm not boring you out =)

Yep, I draw with a mouse and I'm 15 years old =) Just started High School actually, even though I'm 1 year younger than everyone else (almost everyone else).
Don't really have a clue of what I want to be when I grow, love music, I never really were that into art even though I liked it and even though I I've always known I'm talented.
The art has always been a side-thing I like to do once in a while when I need some alone-time.

Did you install the tablet drivers? Because I found with mine, that when I installed the divers, the tablet locked to the screen.
Like, with a mouse, you move it in one direction, pick it up, put it back where it started and move it again in the same direction...Without the drivers, my tablet did that...WITH the drivers, the bottom left of the tablet was the bottom left of the screenm and the middle of the tablet was the middle of the screen, etc...

"i bet you have got a tablet"
