Color is hard as hell to get a handle on. If youd like a cool tutorial for some help though, id check out http://www.itchstudios.com/psg/art_tut.htm. its made for photoshop and painter, but what sketchfu uses is very close to the basics of ps.

Thanks, well I spend lots of time trying to pick the right color, I'm really not that good at colors, and believe me when I say that.. all my works this site were in pencil, so only black and white. If you using a refernce try as hard as you can to match the color, it just needs patience, if not try to pick your own colors (make them transparent at first if you like, thats by pressing " < and > ") then try to blend them together, mostly it will look good.. hope that helps :) thanks again for your nice words.

Haven't really drawn anything since i left school about sixteen years ago so it's gonna take me a while to get back into it.

But i must say this site is great fun :)
