Otulissa is one of the owls from the Guardian Of Ga'Hoole books. She is a young Spotted owl in the Chaw of Chaws. She has a chrush on Soren, but ends up with another Spotted owl named Cleve. She runs the Navigation Chaw and is in the Weather/Colliering Chaw
