Ok, so The new eevelution, Sylveon.

So, its either going to be:

Normal/Flying Normale/Dragon Flying Dragon or just another Normal.
If you notice the chart, with eevee and its eevelutions all around it, you would notice,

The Types that are effective/weak againced each other are opposite from each other.
Sylveon is opposite from Jolteon, which means Sylveon is probably Flying or water, but there is already a water type eevelution (Vaporeon), or it would be effective againced Jolteon which would be Ground, defign its design.
Most likely it will be Flying. But that's my opinion.
