  "You're great at the subtle coloring and her ear came out amazing. I think if you use bigger brushes to get the overall shapes down first, while keeping the final product in mind, you'll be able to finish these pieces quicker and with a better understanding of the anatomy.
  
  Watch out near her lip in this piece, it looks like you tried to draw it around the finger instead of covered by the finger. Also her ear is quite far back, almost on her neck."

  "I like the choice of colors in this piece, but I think you're too detail oriented in the beginning. If you focus on form and value before you worry about where every last color will go, your portrait will come out less flat and read better. I have the same problem and I'm trying to fix by only using big brushes in the beginning. Good luck!"
