About fantisy_lover_101

I'm Olivia. I'm twelve-years-old, and I'm an aspiring writer, photographer, and artist. I'm a Christian home-schooler living in the United States. Also, I do not hate or dislike anyone for their religion (or lack thereof), their sexuality, etc., and I accept all beliefs as long as they don't infringe upon the rights of others or endorse violent acts against others. In other words, I accept you, even if I don't agree with you.

I'm a fan of literature, and my favorite genres are fantasy, science-fiction, steampunk, dystopian, historical-fiction, and post-apocalyptic. I love wordy books where the thesaurus was clearly overused. My favorite author is Brandon Sanderson. I'm also passionate about art, though I'm not very good at it.

I'm 5'6 and a half, and I have brown hair with red/blonde highlights. My eyes are kind of a hazel-gray that, depending on the light, can look blue, green, gray, or kind of turquoise. My skin is pale, but my face is usually kind of red for some reason. And, I admit this reluctantly, I'm about eighty pounds overweight.

My favorite musicians are Coldplay, Brandi Carlile, Greenday, The Beatles (I prefer their slower songs, like "Let It Be" and "All the Lonely People".), The Eagles, Billy Joel, and Halestorm. I also like classical, classic rock, metal/heavy metal, and new wave.

I have a deep-seated loathing for celebrities, love-triangles, cliches, and anything involving pop-culture. Musicians like Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj are not my cup of tea, so if you like them and still wish to befriend me, I would like to know, but after informing me, please keep the rest to yourself. I find the topic uninteresting, and quite frankly, since I am the axis that keeps the world turning, I would like to be amused while I keep this hell-hole in orbit. Now if you will excuse me, my dear man, I must fetch my dueling cane.

aw that's awesome! i've become addicted to like 20 tv shows hahha
Yes, they do explain it.

Just give the book time. The sister (Lily) is young and eager to be a Nine. Her brother (Jonas) is an Eleven, soon to be a Twelve. According to Lily, he's already been through everything great. She's eager to go through it, too.
I really want to be an animator, however it's not even remotely mentioned in art class. And I need more than YouTube videos of Glen Keane, Ollie Johnston, Milt Kahl, and Don Bluth animations. I can recognize most of their works and can tell the difference between Disney traditional animations, Dreamworks traditional animation, and Don Bluth traditional animation. But I have no clue on how to animate and I watch other young animators on Yotube. I just can't get the hang of it.
I had to read it for school.
Next to Flowers for Algernon and The Cay, The Giver is one of the best books I've ever read, let alone school suggested I read.

The Giver is a "children's novel" (Though there are some chapters that many people think aren't appropriate for children, I'm the sensitive one about those things and I didn't mind at all.) by Lois Lowry, published in 1993.

I'd love to tell you about it, but... I don't want to spoil ANYTHING for you if you get the chance to read it. It was fantastic.
This prologue may be a little lengthy...
It starts with them looking for a home. Maybe it flashes back into their backstory, explaining who they are and why they are. Then Tibault (in his pov) comes across the lure-cat. She then brings them to coranesia, where they find it isn't such a great place and are separated and sent different ways. (Lark is trained to be a guard, whereas the other are slaves). Then i think in chapter one it starts with Lark coming up with a plan to have them escape. In walks Nero and so on.
Yo.
I've woken up with the same song stuck in my head the last two days. I looked it up. It's called "Roads Untraveled" by Linkin Park. People were suggesting I listen to them, I think. Because I like Coldplay and Casting Crowns.

The song I had stuck in my head before it wasn't an entire song. Just one phrase.
"Inside my own little world. Ooo-ooh." I forgot which song it was... ;A;

I'm still working on the stupid Biography.
I'm fine.

It depends. If it's a mystery novel, then it may be best to start it off as "on the day of ______,", then make the majority of the novel discovering clues and forcing the reader to fit everything together like a puzzle.

If it's our book (in this case there will be several mini climaxes, then the major one), I'm not so sure. Have it start on a small climax like Tibault and Adelaide are running towards the fence.
This leaves several downsides...

Because our blood has iron in it and when it gets oxygen, it turns red. *officially smart*
