Promise of Love

When you love someone you promise to tell the truth no matter what. That’s why, I think, God made people is to have peace and love instead of darkness and hate in this world. That’s why I wrote this little but sweet oh so sweet poem. Here’s what I wrote:

Love is like a teddy bear
You have to hold on to it really tight and never let it go
Love will rid of your nightmares
Love is sweet like marsh mellows and chocolate
Love, if you ask me, is reality
Reality is truthfulness
The truth hurts
But you have to tell it sometime
Love is sweet in many different ways
Love is a smile on a strangers face
Love is every second of your beating heart
Love is not greed, nor is it hate
Love is a feeling that you get
