There have been a lot of new sketchfu artists that have been asking me how's come my name is "NoviceDraw" when I draw so good...so here's the story:

Before I signed up, I didn't think that I was going to be good at all. I didn't know what to expect from myself, and I saw all these amazing artists on here making drawings I knew I could never match. So, I considered myself a beginner/novice artist thus the name. Apparently I found my talent and I did get better, but once you start you really can't change your username, so I'm stuck with it...and now you know the story!!!

To all of you who are curious about straight line drawing: Straight lines are fairly easy once you learn the technique. I will try to explain it and if you have any questions please ask.

first: move your cursor to where you want to start your straight line, then left click and hold. while holding, right click and let go of both. You will see a menu box at this point. then just move your cursor to the point that you want to end your straight line and left click and your straight line will appear. I hope that was an accurate enough description and hope that you have success with your sketches. (Side Note: Some operating systems, like "Opera" and others may not allow you to make straight lines following this technique. If you're having problems, just login under the "blue e" (Internet Explorer)
