You can take a screen shot by pressing the Print Screen button twice. Then go to Paint, find the Paste button, click it. Now Select the part you want as a profile picture, right click it, and select Copy. Now open Paint again, and find paste again. you should have what you selected as a picture, now you can save and set it as a profile picture ^^
