An Early LATE? hehe...cute play on words! Well, let's just say that girl I drew has some of my features I when I was a kid, I guess. My hair was much much lighter (almost that white-blonde) but has darkened over the years only to get lighter again I guess...heh. I often defend myself as being a blonde with all the jokes out there by saying, not all blonde jokes are female associated (there are blonde guys too...duhhh) and the fact that perhaps those that aren't the true blondes are the ones making us look bad? Well...Sad I need to defend my birth hair colour thanks to Marilyn Monroe (who was not a true blonde) but it's a great comeback in defense. J/K, I'm very open minded, most times. Again, Meno, you're very kind with the comments and cheers. Thanks always. L8* <----green-eyed blonde (not monster - hehe) ;-)

Hi ya Meno, faithful encourager! Thanks for the cheers & comments! My avatar pic is taken in front our family cottage north of the city, here. It overlooks a serene Bay, which feeds off a canal, and is similar to the 'blue' picture I just drew. Directly across from us is a family cottage on a small island. Interesting to watch the people come and go only by boat or seaplane. I have been to a few places in FL and yes, I can see what you mean. Everyone associates (incl. me) FL with the vast open beaches, but I have seen the more quieter, 'back to nature' views as well. All so lovely! Thanks again. I enjoy reading your comments, vm! L8* ;-)

Well Dingle Ding Dang Darn. All you are showing up Tonight this morning.
It's getting to be just like being there.
I have one more Night at work helping keep the Campus cool and in order, All Alone on my shift.
Shew oui should have been there last night. I was manning the flood of phone calls for peoples wants and needs.
And I'm still pumped up just waiting to wear down enough to sleep. I has to go back and do it again alone in about 10 hours.
I better call this quits. or should I ramble on until we all find out how many characters can be posted in a comment before it won't take it anymore.

You know...I was going to ask you the same thing. Something is not right with her missing for so long. I have drawn with her for over 3 years and hardly ever until now did she miss any days of drawing or saying hello. I think about her often and not answering the email...if it was messaged close in days then maybe she is away...but if it's been over a span of time, then that is worrisome. Lily is another person I miss. We all drew together for a few years and all came here together and then she just never came back. The strange thing is that every once in a while I see her son's avatar here and have left a message or two and nothing back...so I don't know. It's sad. I enjoyed her company, too. Let me know if you do get an email back from Gerry. She is missed and this length of absence is too long without word. :(

As a matter of fact I had tried a lot to find out how to do that, because some of our SFU mutual friends had told me how to do it, but it didn't work that way in my computer.I insisted and finally it resulted in an unexpected way. Hello Mighty Meno, I am trying the quanity verus quality on my draws. Notice the time spent LOL I have recieved sooo many draws from the younger set here, who drew for three minutes or so. You guys are tooooooo kind to cheer me on those. I thought you might say,"did Dillon draw on your page Babs?" LOL It was just a curiosity on my part. Wanted to see what I could do, and see what you all would say. I need to stick to old slow me, and you guys "ROCK"!!! THANKS FOR THE U-Tube. The sunsets were awesome. Always enjoy a blast from the past. Gave you something to draw also. Hugs.... BTW I have a draw I am working on and I cannot get the part I drew early morning to come back. BOOO HOO. Oh, I'm still around. Still workin, still don't feel like I fit in, just a paycheck that doesn't strech as far as it used too. We're going to have to start cutting back on the extras/things we don't really need, starting this weekend. I slept in this morning and when I got down here at about 12:30, found 9 spots of doggie diahreah (sp?) that I had to "clean up" which is impossible. I used bleach on it (carpet) and I don't even care, cuz it's sooo messed up anyway that I'd rather have a disinfected/discolored spot than not. AND it still didn't get out the brown. Sorry you asked?

Thanks meno. They comfort me to draw them. Silly I guess. It is a way of coping for me. Like taking a ride in the countryside, with the windows down, on a spring day. The sounds and smells waffing in the window, the wind in your hair. WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE GAS!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Thanks Meno. It is lonely here at SF. I am not comfortable at FG either. I am lost at the moment. I am disturbed about how Tony was treated. Not the posting limit. How it was handled. If I did something, would it be shouted to all, without me, first being talked to about the issue? I sympethize with Tony on having his name put out there that way. That is what has been on my mind. Hello Meno...not been in much of a mood to draw. This is like a ghost town anymore. I feel the absence of those who were here whenever I log on. Call me crazy. I am happy so many of us have gathered at FG. It just isn't the same. I have done the one sunset today. Then used the first to do another. oh Meno! I felt like visiting friends at FU..over an hour later, I am finally writing the chant on my draw!! ..and I have only said thank you to you and Puma!! I went through two Proxy errors with this..then it showed up with no title..so i had to delete and add that..then it took another half hour to show up again and here I am a hour and 10 minutes later!! omg..so frustrating!! OK <---RANT
