Akhenaton: Pharoh or Fraud?

The pharoh's job is to keep everything the same, to follow the principles of Ma'at, and to lead us as well if not better than the pharohs before him. So, then, why is Akhenaton changing everything that we've lived by for so long?

Life has been going downhill since Akhenaton took the throne, that's a fact. He says he must worship a new god called "Aton". If this "Aton" was the only true god, how does Amon-Ra rise each morning? How did we learn how to preserve our dead, if not from Osiris? He is trying to say that everything we know is a lie, and this new god is the truth. But, how are we supposed to believe a pharoh who can't even rule his kingdom properly?

Ever since Akhenaton came into power, he's been paying more attention to destroying sacred temples than watching over his subjects. He's not even commanding the army properly! Soon enough, we'll be invaded, and without a solid defense, we'll lose. Akhenaton and his god "Aton" don't seem to care that much, though.

Akhenaton is destroying our beliefs. He is by far the worst pharoh in all of our history. It'll be a bright day for Egypt when the gods finally decide that enough is enough, and put an end to his weak rule.
