  "Ok so the story behind this
  for starters the girl is the final version of Rouge (though she might have different wardrobes)
  
  So Rouge was Ace and Luffy's next door neighbor during her childhood. At age 16 she fell into a portal to another world where the people had very long ears (Ace, Luffy, Rouge's Parents, and everyone else eventually thought she had died and was greatly saddened) There she met a Man named Duke Skyheed who took her to Aeropa and "convinced her" to let them experiment on her. Her strong will helped her endure a year of Dark Eco experimentation and then was freed by a Sky Pirate by the name of Phoenix. With him they gained control over a dark beast the experiments had given her. They also fell in love. Rouge talks about Ace and Luffy constantly. Then one day Phoenix surprises Rouge (now 19) by showing that the scientists on the ship had been secretly working on a portal back to her home. She returnes to her home town to find that Ace had left a few months after her dissaperence and Luffy had left only a few months ago. She then discovers That her parents are dead. She is now on the search for for Ace and Luffy to show them that she is well and alive before she returns to Phoenix.
  She Later finds Ace about to brawl with a smokey marine officer in a restaurant in Alabasta called the Spice Been. Then she hears yelling from the opposite direction and sees Luffy flying toward the Spice Been and sends the marine and Ace flying though several walls. Luffy then starts eating. Soon after the marine comes back and begins chasing Luffy and then Ace right after them so she follows right behind. She looses sight of ace but continues chasing luffy finding his crew then follows his crew back to there ship where in all the commotion they lost sight of luffy and Rouge manages to hide on the ship when luffy finally gets to the ship and Ace soon after shows up Rouge finally shows herself first to disbelief that she is there from the two but when the crew sees them too they soon realize she is alive.
  After a overly joyful reunion with her childhood friends she tells them of her adventures with Phoenix (along with Ace's spit take when she tell them their love for each other) Later Luffy and Ace are by them selfs when Luffy remembers Ace's love for Rouge and how the day he was going to tell her was the day she disappeared. Now angry at himself for being to late Ace is determined to win her over. Ace later catches Rouge in a hall on the ship and backs her against the wall and proclaims his love for her. When she asks why should she leave Phoenix for Ace he replies that "He Loves her first" and tells of the day she disappeared and the emotions he was overcome with. Rouge begins to cry never knowing that he loved her back then. Ace wipes away her tears and kisses her for the first time then hugs her.
  Now Rouge must choose between Phoenix and Ace in the most difficult choice she has ever had to make.
