Hi, I just want to say that you are a good drawer, but don't make them that dark! Its okay with a lot of shadow, but in the end you almost can't see the original drawing. Add more details instead. But as I said, you are good!

Try sketching out the proportions before coloring anything in; correct your lines and make sure everything fits EXACTLY how you want it to. Then you'll have a cleaner, better picture! :)

As for Orochimaru specifically, here are a few pointers for you:
- His eye is much, much more narrowed and long.
- It goes down a 35[ish] degree angle down his face, you drew it straight across.
- His eye is a brighter yellow.
