I suppose we can allow ourselves one year as an excuse. It was in Japan, after all. How were we supposed to know? :3 At least I can pay the creators back for all the leaching I did on YouTube when the DVDs come out. I won't have to live with the guilt anymore. *laughs*

For my picture you asked how I used that affect. Well, I'd like to thank your friedn Centear for telling me, lol =P. When you are drawing ur picture u select any color and than adjust how umm...oily or transparent it is by using these keys "< , " < makes it lighter, and > makes it draker, or it's original shade.
