yes it is really real. And, ironically, they just finished taking all the sculptures apart and refurbishing them. I drove past a couple of days ago and the cherry is back to its very shinny red self again.

Ah Minneapolis i miss the culture, but not the snow. was born there GREAT WORK ON THE SCULPTURE AND THE BUILDINGS.

nice picture, I remember seeing (and liking) this when I visited Minneapolis and the Walker art museum (right?)... some of the other sculptures in the same garden are good too.
