yeah Rynnakat is right u should ask for permission first. and u should look at their "about them" thing to see what they would like people to do to their drawings. i have no idea how old u r so whatever. if u don't how to make friends u should give a cheer or a nice comment instead of going to someone's profile and saying to give a cheer or comment to what u have drawn.
