I love the fact that not only does this site allow people the ability to display their artistic talents, we also have the opportunity to learn new things. Until today, I've never heard of a "Bhut Jolokia" until I looked it up. According to the 2007 Guinness Book of World Records, the Bhut Jolokia or the Ghost Pepper has been rated as the worlds hottest chili pepper. I like some hot stuff, but when it comes to pushing the envelope to discover the hottest chilis, I'm a wimp; chipotle and jalapeno is about my limit...lol. Thanks for the great art and provoking my interest!!!
