Your art is so realistic and detailed, while maintaining that distinctness to it. The shading is exquisite, i don't believe i could ever do that.

As to what might be wrong... I think it might look better if you added more hair on the right side of the pic (her left); as it is right now the back of her head seems a bit squashed.
