This is JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that oyu love blue and she is so lusciously blue! The sparkles are fantastic!! i was actually and this is true, going to put sparkles on mine, in the rainbow hair, but was not sure how to do it so i wimped out and just outlined in white. You did it PERFECT!!! *hugs* WOW!
