Carmen thought murders only happens to other people...............Feb. 14, 2010. Carmen was home alone. Her dog Roxanne was a wonderful little watch dog so she wasn't worried. At 6:00 Her phone started to ring "Hello" she said in a slow voice. "Carmen you there?" her friend Corbin said. "Yeah" Carmen said. "Oh well i was gonna go to the movies with one of my other friends but they canceled do you want to go?" "Sure"she said. "Okay nine o' clock" Corbin said. " K see you then bye" Carmen said,Then Corbin hung up. She walked into to her room and sat on the bed and turned on the tv. She watched a scary movie till 8:00.Carmen was shaking by the time it was over. She still had a hour she was hunger so see went down stair to the kitchen. She got a bowl out and made a small bowl of soup thinking it could hold her of till see had to go to the movies.She sat on the chair and ate her soup. She was shaking so bad that every time she scooped a spoon off the soup it would fall on the floor. Then she got tired of the quietness of the room she turned on the tv she turned it to the news."A series of killings have been going on" Said the news reporter. "We have no witnesses or evidence to this case" "But be on the look out He's most likely to strike the age group of 16 to 24" Carmen shook more cause she knew she was in that age group. She didn't want to cancel on Corbin so she had the idea to take the car. It was a quarter till so she got he car keys and made a sprint to the the car she turned on the car and locked the doors. Then she got a text from Corbin saying to meet him on the west side of the theater. "Why would he want to do that?" She thought to her self. "Thats the back of the theater " She thought maybe there were no parking spaces and he had heard of the murders and he didn't want her to walk alone. She drove to the theater and found the lot was empty. She thought maybe they were early. She parked to the back and got out. "Hello" She heard a voice say. "Corbin is that you?" She said she couldn't see him very well in the light. "No" he said walking up into to the small light that lit the path way he had a knife in his hand and was dragging Corbin lifeless body with him. Carmen ran to the car and got in. She tried to turn on the car but it wouldn't run she lock the doors and keep trying to run it. He walk slowly to the car and knock on the glass and said. It's okay I'll take good care of your car when your dead!" He said. And No one ever saw Carmen again...................................................................................................
