Oh my, it is what it looks like above. You break it apart and toast it and then smother it with butter or what ever, but butter is the best because they have these wholes or pockets that suck up all the butter. MMM.

lol- but what is an english muffin? I live in england and I dont know- I can buy oatcakes and potato cakes, crumpets and scones.. but english muffins- rarer than haggis teeth...
