Lol, I figure I might as well explain. These are all significant parts of Vognas's (the snake-monster-bat thing) life. The very left is when he just escaped from nearly murdering someone and hid in Morve's cupboard, the one of the very right when he was offered the position to be god's tour guide. The middle picture is just him, reflecting on this.
