i think that the lines could use a bit more cleaning up, as pincopallino said, it would be better if you coloured first then do the lines. i think it could use a cute background, not more, or not less than the drawing itself, lastly is the shading, i can understand that it's cell shaded, but cell shading has shadows and highlights too, you know, just to give it more life ^^ it looks really nice though :)
the drawing is nice, but i think u should hv colored the sketch before tracing the lines
just a few this (since you asked):
-try for a neater outline :)
-the face is nice just need to adjust it a little ok?
-when u finish the drawing clean up the un-needed lines! :D
-and when u outline don't be afraid to use the other brushed for the little details (ex: the hands, face, etc.!)
but all in all i think u have improved~
ps. how can people NOT know what Shugo Chara is!!!?? LOL xDD haha for those who don't know who this is, why don't u look her up before saying something about it? :PPP
