I need help *COMMENTS* (That girl's hand is in an impossible position XD )

First of all, I apoligize for putting this here. It's just that it's a really popular spot and I need vote's for this thing I'm talkin' about. So sorry! Ok, anyways, I'm going to be writing a book, but I came up with 2 plot's for it and I have no idea what one to use! The first one has to do with a young girl who die's, and become's a ghost. She was rich when she was alive so she lived in a mansion. She later on discover's that her home is going to be destoryed since no one can afford it so they are just going to build normal house's there that people can afford. She start's to scare and somtime's kill anyone who go's into her mansion. It become's a very popular area and it wont be destoryed anymore because of this. But she has to keep up her "job" to keep it that way. Then I will just keep writing on from there :) The second one has the exact same part's up to where she become's a ghost. Then the plot become's very diffrent. When she wake's up as a ghost another young ghost girl is standing near her. She has orange eye's, while the girl who just died has bright yellow. The orange eyed girl (no, I dont have any name's yet :P ) explain's how in the afterlife you'r eyes are alway's yellow, but after a LONG time of scareng and killing people, they become red (Fadeing from yellow, to yellow-orange, to orange, ect...). There's also a rumour that you can have black eye's. The story would follow the idea of the orange eyed girl teaching our main charactar about the afterlife and what to do and what not to do. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE comment on what one you think I should use! (just say 1 or 2 if you want :) ) THANK YOU FOR READING THIS! (BTW, I MIGHT make it into a animation serise later on if it get's somewhat popular :D And I learn to animate good XP )
