Thanks for all of the cheers and comments, guys! :D
I'll bet she's thinking, "If I'm so beautiful, where's my Prince Charming?" Or something to that effect. ;)
Rynnakat - you're crazy, with the patience of a...of a...well, I don't think there's a suitable analogy for you! :D
And thanks for always trying to put words (and such great ones, too) to my pictures.
You guys are wonderful - thanks again to all of you for your cheers and comments! :)
"...and little did the townfolk know that in the old shack upon the hill, lived the spirit of a beautiful young woman who gazes out of the solitary window of the hut on moonless nights...." Oops, sorry, I sorta morphed the storyline to fit both pictures...hehe. This is a nice picture, C! I think the black framing gives prominence and urgency to the central subject and therefore makes it read strong and 'oh-so-in-your-face-Hah!'...hehe.
I love her shading, thats what I was struggling with. She has a great winsome expression and I feel like she is looking out of a window, lost in thought. Very nice piece Lady C!
