Nice skintones.. The proportions seem a bit off, I have that too when i start with a detail and work my way from there. Hello-central's suggestions would go a long way to make it look very realistic :) I think you could even leave the nose size as is, adding a bit more shadow would make it appear smaller already.
very nice, interesting they way you started the picture. I could never start like that mine have to develope, can't lay down sure things and work them, too finiky I guess. lol
if you shortened the nose and lengthened the chin it would look super realistic. i love the technique, i don't think i'll be able to do that for a while still. she's got a sexy little attitude.
