The yellow blooded isn't uncertain mainly because he's insecure. He's insecure and stuff because he accidentally makes some people hate him due to his sarcasm and unintentional bluntness. So he's torn between what to do so that he can have more friends because it feels unnatural to him NOT to be blunt and sarcastic. And he isn't afraid to fight back in a brawl...it's just he sometimes fails because of his unstable powers. He's still a nice guy though.
The Indigo blood rarely is high. And the only reason he doesn't have more anger-induced rampages because he got his morail early. He's nonchalant about the whole bucket thing and sees nothing wrong with it. To him, it's just another way for you to show your absolute pity or hate to your matesprit and kismesis. Not something pornographic, which unnerves other trolls, especially the troll he has flushed feelings for.
He does have a bit of a spoiled personality and gets angry when things don't go his way, but he's gotten better at keeping the violence low.
Also, he's very clingy and loves taking things apart and messing with them...but he can never put them back together.
I couldn't help myself.
I think I can imagine them existing after the trolls in Homestuck start trying to rebuild their society.
And I can imagine a majority of the original social norm in Alternia changing because they would be influenced by the human kids.
And the fact that their leader is kind of Karkat who's a mutant and the rest didn't really seem to care about blood hierarchy :I
So yah.
The reason why the Indigo blooded troll has scares because he admired Gamzee and is fairly religious but not as much as Gamzee. And he tried mimicking him even though it was obvious that Gamzee isn't technically his ancestor (headcannon is in the new session there might be some more trolls or something and that the Cannon trolls are still alive/fairly young) mostly because he also views Gamzee as the 2 messiahs.
His morail helps to keep him fairly calm and not spaz out over his religion.
And the yellow blood.
He has a similar personality to Tavros with the fact that he's very unsure/insecure. He always second guesses himself and has a hard to making his mind in fear of hurting someone.
When scared or angry, he has random blasts of psychic power. Otherwise, he has poor control over them and they change from being weak to being fairly good.
Yes, they currently have a one-sided matesprit/flushed relationship.
