This drawing is based upon a scene that is close to home. With a 5 minute walk, I am on the banks of the Mississippi River. I look across toward Wisconsin and the riverside town of Alma.
Life is good.

You ol' Yankee you. Enjoyed the many moods this went through. Like the little town by the shore and the great foreground brush. Also the water is a perfect dark dark blue of calm.
