I'll have to tackle a Roy Mustang next, he is one of my most fav characters.

Thanks, I did it with the mouse, if you watch it on low speed you can see pretty much how I did it. I usually shade the skin tones with a VERY opaque brown instead of the greys. That way it looks more like anime. I love doing anime eyes. Almost my favorite part, well besides the hair anyway.
