I've been fiddling around with this character for a while. She's in the Naruto universe and can create chakra birds only through a shoulderblade (old injury). She can send the birds kinda like thrown shuriken. I thought about writing a fan letter to the creator of Naruto about her. She'd be Rock Lee's new girlfriend..hehe. Named her Karane
