Really lovely! The skin looks amazing and very clean and real!
I love how very solid the body looks in contrast to the whispy/cloud like hair you gave her :)

Wonderful light and colours !
I feel something's wrong with the left side of her face, for likeness. You had a very good likeness with the sketch but you lost something with the colouring, maybe around the cheek, or the chin.
Nonetheless, she's highly recognizable :)
