You've managed to pull this off despite inspiration from me. :)
I was encouraged to draw by a wonderful person that happend upon my life a little over four years ago. From then I have started to draw and taken up a love of photography that I started when I was ten and gave up in my early twenties.

Thirty years ago next month I was thrown out of art college. The excuse was that I had 'no artistic talent whatsoever'. Maybe I was not producing what THEY wanted but I was not encouraged to grow and find my own way. A suppression of art I guess.
L.S. Lowry, a fave artist of mine, never sold a picture until he was maybe in his fifties. He was put off by his mother who told him that nobody would like his childlike paintings. I guess everyone can be wrong.
Thanks to the people that have befriended me, encouraged me and supported me this last couple of years while I have been discovering things that I loved many years ago. Thanks especially to the one that made it all possible. You know who you are.
Incidentally, the middle finger in this pencil-type sketch is for the art tutors at Mansfield College Of Art. May you forever kiss my arse!
