I like them both. There's a wonderful sense of weightlessness and freedom of movement that you capture- like what it would really be like to be a mermaid! Nice!
I love the placement of this more though. Her contour is better too. And even though the face and hands may need a bit more reworking, I think that overall, this is the better piece. But hey, to each his own, right? Fantastic work! :)
This isn't as good as the other one. It started off as an alternative position but then I ended up making both of them into a proper drawing. The hands came out slightly better though, but her face looks strange.
