OMG!!! This is so cool! I think you should do one of these types of pics but with harry potter. like Hermione would be on the left, Harry in the center, and Ron on the right!! that would be like so cool
The main problems I see with nikki are that the head is at the wrong angle and is too narrow. In your drawing, her face is turn ever so slightly towards the right of frame, whereas in the ref., she's turning her head to the left of frame.
The same is true of the way you've drawn mohinder, whose face is at a very different angle from the way you've drawn him. Try to imagine a line that travels from between his eyes to the center of his chin, then another line, intersecting this that travels throught his irises. This should help you get the angle of the face better. You need to check you colour more as well. In the ref, the colours are very desaturated, so that most of mohinder's face is a kind of a blue-ish grey colour, with accents of washed of red/brown at borders of light and shade, and with dark grey/blue shadows.
The guy on the left (don't know his name - i missed the beggining of Heroes, so I'm waiting for the DVD) is a pretty good likeness, but again the angle of the face is not quite right.
A good effort though, and worthy of more work. Hope that helps :)
Beautiful faces. I do agree that the eye is problematic with Nikki, but the rest seems fine. If you let this rest and pick it up again in a few days, you'll have a fresh head and I'm sure you'll be able to make it look fantastic. Keep at it. :)
This is pretty much the reference I was using:

(Amdis: The comment is totally true! What kind of crap superpower is having an evil [albeit super-strong] alter-ego that you can't control??? Nikki got the short end of the stick when it comes to superpowers...)
Comments on this drawing
and peter is so hot... i love it :)
