Yesh, but ろ and ロ(they're both the same) makes a "lo" sound, and even Bulbapedia knows that!! :) Also, there's a great chance that it's JaLORDA because Jalorda is based on a snake, and a lord(according to Bulbapedia), but I really dont care what a Pokemon is based on, so yeah!! XD
