I like the colors, they seem to glow like neon. Do the shapes and figures have any meanings behind them, or are they just designs? Some looks like moons, and some like eyes.

I like this very much. Definately has a cultural feel to it, like a palace I might have seen in Morocco or Egypt. And it's in day-glo blacklight colors. :) It's great.
