Nightreaper saw Nea in the distance and ran to be embraced in his warm fur.

Νέα Σελήνη jaws clamped even harder on the rabbit that laid in his powerful jaws when he heard Nightreaper's familiar howl pierce the night air. He dropped his rabbit and howled back, as if to say "I am coming." With that he began to race to the willow tree, his thick paws crunching everything beneath him.

Nightreaper howled for Nea. He was off hunting and should have been back by then.

Nightreaper shuddered. It was cold beneath the willow tree that night. "It's so c-cold. Better find a place to sleep." She stood back up and shook herself. She padded away loudly, the yellow, brown, and red leaves crunching beneath her feet.
