... Um... it's a game. The Top Secret Agents of Different Species are... having trouble with raccoons, I might say. They've stolen stuff, abused kits and pups, attacked all of our territory, and have caused evil in this little game :3... So, if I were you, READ THE STINKIN' APPS' HOMEPAGES OUR SOMETHING. IT SHOULD SAY _________ ARE NO LONGER ENEMIES. RACCOONS ARE OUR ENEMIES AND ARE EVIL...

Only a few raccoons have rabies. Those are the red-eyed ones, which are dying out, and so the non-rabies raccoons are taking over the rabies ones.
