Haha this looks like my mothers old cat Rocky, I think Rocky was reincarnated as your Tig, he used to do the same thing to my mother and if she got up from her chair he'd jump up to get the warm seat and not let her sit back down. Very cute draw and funny story, 4 cats under my roof so I can relate to this.

lol- I started growling at him last night ( I do a fair cat impression since Ihave owned cats for years) amazingly it worked, he looked up at me listened for a bit then curled up and went to sleep!
