when my daughter was 3 we bought her rubber boots that looked like green frogs......then we got a drought and by the time it rained again she had grown out of them!.. puddle jumping is great sport :D The black background makes this look really stormy.

splish, splash! Wasn't that fun as a kid? Anything wet ... hoses, flooded streets (we used to take rafts down ours), rain .... fun, fun, fun!
