The head:shoulder number is not realistic, I chose the cutsie anime ratio since this app is mostly so.
In realistic stuff(like potraits, or manga like "Death note"),
Female - 1:2.3~2.8
male - 1:2.5~3.0
More muscley charries like NBA ppl or a knight/warrior can be up to 3.3.
Sorry if the breast part is awkward, I made the examples extra large so it would be more clear.
