Oh I think you have made spin wheel art.
First time I saw that gizmo was in the 60's.
Someone I knew a much older girl that was in High School whilst I was in 3rd grade. Was showing me her Spin wheel art. A rather interesting way of being able to show what primary colors will do when mixed during spinning the round card.
