i think i seen that same news report larvice.. alot of truth to it!! however, depression is real and it sucks.

lol- they have done research which proves the pills dont work for mild depression- but fish oils are supposed to be good!

I'm not depressed. I was just recalling a statement I read somewhere and how on the news you hear about all the drugs that are being prescribed for depression and if you stop taking them you go ballistic. We really live in a sick society. Quick with the pills don't you think?

Awwwwwwwwwwwe, Larvice...get out and walk, call a freind you have not seen in a while and go out to lunch, do some spring cleaning, read a book, go to a movie (Juno is cute), plan a trip......snap out of it , would you? I have been there also....exercise is the best!!!!
