I think she means that a tiger wouldn't attack anyone if it doesn't feal frightened! Tiger attack when they want to defend their selfs... I think XD... well they kill other animals but thats life cycle ^w^

Well... they don't kill for defense often. But a tiger would try to defend itself against a poacher, or hunter.
