Good start!

I would have to agree with Christine on this. I would take out the gray mane and forelock and just replace it with fewer white strands. Your end result will come out much bolder and look better with this background.

I do like the contrast of black and white- you could shape it more with white thin lines, I dont think you should use opacity- the colours look so strong.. might get "muddy"
