Hmm....That was the OVA, but there was a trailer for a Pilot version. In which, the character with the tail and two arm cannons is not explained in the vocaloid wiki, and some of the scenes that I have seen had BRS and BGS (Black Rock Shooter and Black Gold Saw) turning into Insane Black Rock Shooter to fight Dead Master (Yomi Takanashi). So none of this is truly explained.
